With over 6 years of experience in the mental health field, Jaslene brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, client-centered approach to her work. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to navigate their emotional experiences, build coping strategies, and move toward healing. Kirti holds a Masters of Science in Applied Psychology from Middlesex University (London). She has experience providing counselling in a hospital setting with a wide range of conditions. She is currently waiting for her counselling registration in BC, and will be providing low cost counselling and life coaching services in the interim. Kirti has an extensive dance background, and uses her Bharatnatyam training to co-facilitate our Therapeutic Expression Through Bollywood Dance (TEBD) Sessions.
